I brought in a water damaged laptop without an appointment. I was dealt with immediately by Ibraheem in a very professional manner. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Optima team. Three years ago they rebuilt my laptop and more than doubled its lifespan, but due to its age, faults are to be expected. I contacted Optima because my Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working. When the laptop was in their hands, they stayed in regular contact with me, informing me of the diagnosis and the possible options for the next step.
